Return & Exchange
We hope you are delighted with your order, but we do understand that sometimes you may want to return an unsuitable item.
Returns:
We offer a refund or exchange for full-priced items received back at our store within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs, and these are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging and with the original labels attached.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, so please make sure you select a delivery service that will safely return the item to us. Your refund will be processed back to the payment method used at the time of order, and it can take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
For sale items purchased online, all sale products must be returned within 7 days.
If any items from online orders arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for swimwear and earrings.

Faulty Goods:
If you have received a product you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us at Kate@shopatbabington.com and we will do our very best to resolve the problem for you. We package everything with the greatest care, so we apologise in advance if you do receive a damaged product.
Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact us at Kate@shopatbabington.com. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the procedure set out in the returns policy above.
